BEDDING RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES:
We accept returns and exchanges on all BEDDING products that have not been used or removed from their packaging. Customers are permitted to open the package and feel the fabric look at the quality, but if the product has been completely removed from packaging and unfolded, we cannot accept the return. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears to have been used in any way or put on the bed, we cannot accept the return. In addition, it's impossible to refold the sheet sets, duvet covers etc. once they've been removed from their packaging. Therefore we cannot resell them.
That being said, we do stand behind our products, if there is a problem with the construction etc. we want to know about it and will replace any piece that has a manufacturing defect (which has been very rare). See our 60 Day Guarantee below.
APPAREL AND TOWEL RETURNS:
Apparel and Towels can be opened to see, feel and check the size prior to use. But these items cannot be returned if they appear to have been used. See our Official Return and Exchange Policy below.
Our Official Return and Exchange Policy:
Bedding products can be returned provided they have NOT been removed from their packaging. Products returned within 60 days of delivery, in their original condition and original packaging will be refunded at the original purchase price (minus the cost of shipping and/or discount adjustments) or can be exchanged for a product of equal value. Shipping will NOT be refunded. Refund will be adjusted if original purchase price was calculated based on a quantity discount, to reflect only the discount the order would have qualified for. For example, if multi-set discounts were applied to the original purchase price, but product was returned, the order may no longer qualify for the multi-set discount. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have our cost for shipping deducted from the original purchase price on the refund. The customer is assumes the responsibility of paying for and arranging return and exchange shipping, unless the product is deemed to have a manufacturer defect (see "60 Day Guarantee.." below). We can not accept returns on any merchandise that has been removed from packaging for health and safety reasons. Products returned after 60 days from the time of delivery or that are not in their original condition will be discarded and NO REFUND or EXCHANGE will be given.

60 DAY GUARANTEE AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS: Any piece found to have a manufacturer defect can be returned within 60 days of delivery and will be replaced at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately to report the defect. We will supply a return shipping label.
