CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS can be processed if your order has not been processed for shipment. *However Pre-Order Cancellations may incur a cancellation fee (see below). If your order has not been processed for shipment we will cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. However, if your order has been processed for shipment we cannot cancel. *PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS MAY INCUR A CANCELLATION FEE. Because pre-order shipments are pre-scheduled and pre-order shipments are based on pre-orders placed through our web site, pre-order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. A fee of up to 10% of your order total may be imposed at our discretion. We try not to impose this fee, but scheduled pre-orders shipments do require us to incur additional manufacturer and shipping fees.
