We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. And offer $15 off shipping to Canada on orders over $100 (use coupon code: CanShip at checkout). We ship either UPS Ground and USPS Priority as standard shipping on all orders. IN-STOCK orders generally take 2-3 business days* to process and ship out of our facility. *NOTE: This time frame is not valid on holiday season orders. If you need to receive an order by a certain date, you may need to choose an express delivery option. Also, please make a note of it in the Special Instructions when placing your order. *PLEASE NOTE: Orders containing ANY PRE-ORDER items cannot ship out within the normal 2-3 business day timeframe. Generally pre-order items are available to ship within 2-3 weeks. (We ship complete orders together. We cannot ship regular in-stock items separately from pre-order items, because shipping costs are calculated based on weight of the entire order. Therefore shipping costs can as much as double when items are shipped separately. If you need in-stock items to ship separately from pre-orders, you may want to place a separate order for in-stock items. Please call or email for an estimated ship date on pre-order items. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery and processing times.)
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you (the customer) when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any loss due to theft. If you wish, you can request a Signature Requirement for delivery. If you wish a Signature to be Required on delivery, please indicate this in the special instructions. All other orders will be left at the shipping address without notice. Please refer to Tracking Information sent from UPS or USPS to your email address (entered when placing your order) to obtain information and expected delivery date.
At this time, Bamboo Bliss Sheets ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Bamboo Bliss Sheets ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Customs and import duties will be applied by the country of destination of International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are due upon receipt of the order, and are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Bamboo Bliss Sheets does not set these fees, nor do we receive any monies related to these fees. If the customs and import fees are not paid by the recipient, the shipment will be returned to Dreamweave Bamboo Bliss, and the customer who placed the order will be responsible for all fees incurred, including shipping cost to the destination and the return shipping costs.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Bamboo Bliss Sheets is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES:
We accept returns and exchanges on all products that have not been used or removed from their packaging. Customers are permitted to unzip the package and feel the fabric look at the quality, but if the product has been completely removed from packaging and unfolded, we cannot accept the return. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears to have been used in any way or put on the bed, we cannot accept the return. In addition, it's impossible to refold the sheet sets, duvet covers etc. once they've been removed from their packaging. Therefore we cannot resell them. Towels are not so much of a problem, because they can be more easily be opened to see and feel them prior to use. See our Official Return and Exchange Policy below.
That being said, we do stand behind our products, if there is a problem with the construction etc. we want to know about it and will replace any piece that has a manufacturing defect (which has been very rare). See our 60 Day Guarantee below.
Our Official Return and Exchange Policy:
Products can be returned provided they have NOT been removed from their packaging. Products returned within 60 days of delivery, in their original condition and original packaging will be refunded at the original purchase price (minus the cost of shipping) or can be exchanged for a product of equal value. Shipping will NOT be refunded. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have our cost for shipping deducted from the original purchase price on the refund. The customer is assumes the responsibility of paying for and arranging return and exchange shipping, unless the product is deemed to have a manufacturer defect (see "60 Day Guarantee.." below). We can not accept returns on any merchandise that has been removed from packaging for health and safety reasons. Products returned after 60 days from the time of delivery or that are not in their original condition will be discarded and NO REFUND or EXCHANGE will be given.

60 DAY GUARANTEE AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS: Any piece found to have a manufacturer defect can be returned within 60 days of delivery and will be replaced at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately to report the defect. We will supply a return shipping label.

CANCELLATIONS can be processed if your order has not been processed for shipment. *However Pre-Order Cancellations may incur a cancellation fee (see below). If your order has not been processed for shipment we will cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. However, if your order has been processed for shipment we cannot cancel. Because pre-order shipments are pre-scheduled and pre-order shipments are based on pre-orders placed through our web site, pre-order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. A fee of up to 10% of your order total may be imposed at our descretion. We try not to impose this fee, but scheduled pre-orders shipments do require us to incur additional manufacturer and shipping fees.
