Pricing/Product Changes
There have been many changes happening at Dreamweave Bamboo Bliss and We want to thank you all for being patient as we work through these changes. The past year has brought a lot of challenges for the textile industry and e-commerce, including dealing with limited supply for all goods. This has resulted in a price spike. For us, product costs have increased by more than 15%.
As many of you know, there are supply chain delays due to containers sitting at ports waiting for room on vessels, container shortages and backlogs at receiving ports. Extra product volume has been ordered in anticipation of these issues since last November, unfortunately arrival dates keep getting pushed back, and we anticipate this will continue through the rest of this year.
The last several months our Freight costs have tripled, shipping costs have increased, and yarn costs have gone up 10-15%. We held off increasing prices as long as we could, but the continued cost increases have forced us to do so. So unfortunately, effective October 1, 2021, we've implemented new pricing.
The good news is we have upgraded our Bliss Villa line to Bliss Villa Eco-Luxe Oversized Bamboo Sheet Sets. And we've also added some great new products. Including NEW! Eco-Luxe Bamboo Duvet Cover & Sham Sets, NEW! Bamboo Mélange Bath Sheets & Hand Towels, as well as our NEW! Bamboutique Apparel line, featuring our new bamboo loungewear, activewear, and everyday wear.
And there is more to come...
We expect to add a more new products in the coming months. And we very excited that the production of our Bliss Villa line is moving to India so as new product arrives throughout the coming months, we're happy to say it will Made in India instead of China.
